Here at Alleyway Secrets and More (AWS) we have a strict NO RETURN policy. Due to the nature of the products and health code requirements, Alleyway Secrets and More (AWS) cannot exchange a product once it’s been shipped to your location. If you receive a product and it is defective and does not work right out of the box, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product and we will view each defective order on a case by case basis. However, if you want to exchange your product for any other reason outside of being defective, we cannot take back your product.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
